Privacy Policy

We collect only what the team needs: your name, mobile number, email address, your player's name and jersey number, and your RSVP and notification choices.

This information is used to run the team — scheduling, RSVPs, team chat and alerts. It is visible only to signed-in members of your player's team and to coaches and board members.

Mobile numbers are used to deliver text alerts through our messaging provider. We do not sell or rent your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text-message opt-in data is never shared with anyone.

Text alerts: if you opt in, we send automated game and practice alerts. Message frequency varies with the team schedule, typically up to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or turn texts off under My account → Notifications. Ask a board member to delete your account and contact details at any time.
